Paul,
I like to share this with you, because I been following your messages since the beginning and I been trying to follow every tip that you give us and honestly are awesome.
I train and live in Costa Rica with Gracie Barra. I have a great teacher and the school environment is great.
My teacher asked me if I wanted to go to Brazil to the Master Senior Championships (I am 39 years young, as you say jejeje) and I decided to go.
I knew that my jiu-jitsu level is not as good as all the other guys there. So, I made a really good plan where I exploded my skills and with a great mind set, I was awarded a Silver Medal in Senior 1 Blue Belt Leve.
So, I want to thank you because you are the one that teached me about the mental game and you are 100% right!
